摘要
文章介绍了标题化合物的合成方法。以柠康酸酐(2-甲基顺丁烯二酸酐)和水合肼作为起始原料,反应后再通过氯代反应、与水合肼反应、脱肼基共4步反应,合成了目标化合物,并经IR、1HNMR等对其结构进行了表征。本合成反应条件温和、原料易得、操作简便,适合于工业化生产。反应总收率为27%。
The synthesis of 3-chloro-5-methylpyridazine,an important intermediate of pesticides and anti-viral drugs,was realized and manufactured from citraconic anhydride via four steps,including chlorination reaction,substitution reaction,and oxidation reaction.And its structure was verified by IR and 1HNMR.The total product yield was 27%.
