浅议响水风电场施工组织设计

Brief discussion on construction organization design for Xiangshui Wind Farm

响水风电场位于江苏省响水县东北部沿海滩涂地区,区域内主要以盐场和渔业养殖为主,沿海滩涂侵蚀较严重,现场地质条件和施工条件相当复杂,当地对工程的环保水保的要求也很高,风电场工程的施工组织设计面临许多新的难点和挑战。结合响水风电场建设特点,重点从施工技术、施工总平面布置、施工总进度及其项目管理机构等方面介绍本工程施工组织设计的主要思路和成果,以供类似风电场建设参考。

Xiangshui Wind Farm is located in the region of the northeastern coastal tidal flat of Xiangshui County in Jiangsu Province, and the region is mainly occupied by salt fields and aquaculture farms. The tidal fiat is seriously eroded with more complicated geological and construction conditions within the site area, and furthermore, the local requirements on both environment protection and the water-soil conservation are higher as well. For all of these, many new difficulties and challenges are faced by the construction organization design of the wind farm. Based on the construction characteristics of Xiangshui Wind Farm, the main concepts and resuhs of the construction organization design are emphatically described herein in the aspects such as the construetion technology, construction layout, general construction schedule, construction management, etc. ; which can be provided as the references for the construction of the similar wind farm.
