摘要
结合实例介绍了Excel分析工具在轴承寿命试验Weibull分布数据处理中的应用方法,依照此方法,分析者无需借助专用软件和Weibull分布概率纸就可以获得轴承寿命试验的Weibull分布曲线以及给定可靠度下的寿命。
The application of excel in Wcibull distribution data processing of bearing life test is introduced combined with examples. According to this method, Weibull distribution curve of bearing life test and life under given reliability are obtained by analyst without using special software and Weibull distribution probability paper.
