摘要
究了屏蔽导流原理在高频感应淬火中的应用。通过分析感应磁场的分布及涡流的走向,研制成功了桑塔纳轿车变速器三/四档同步器齿壳外圆齿部同时感应淬火时,防止凹槽和两侧半齿硬化的屏蔽导流技术。在70多万件的生产应用中,效益良好,完全满足设计要求。
This paper studies the theory of shielding and diversion in high frequency induction hardening By analyzing the distribution of induction magnetic field and the trend of eddy currents,an application of the theory in treating the gear teeth of the 3/4 synchronizer gear in Santana car transmission has been developed In this application,the gear teeth are heated and hardened simultaneously while the grooves and the half teeth on both sides can avoid hardening We have treated over 700,000 pieces of the gear using this technology,the results are quite satisfying the specifications
