摘要 低密度脂蛋白和血小板及其相互作用在动脉粥样硬化形成机制中起着重要作用。不少研究表明低密度脂蛋白升高可影响血小板的功能,但是关于低密度脂蛋白对血小板功能影响的信号转导机制尚未阐明。 Low-density lipoprotein,blood platelets,and their interactions play an important role in the formation mechanism of atherosclerosis.Many studies show that increased low-density lipoprotein in the blood has effects on platelet function.However,the signaling transduction mechanism of this effect has not yet been mapped.
