轧机工作辊失效分析

Failure Analysis on Working Roller of Mill

对２０辊轧机上使用的国产Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶ钢及法国Ｄ２钢工作辊进行了测试，并且比较了两种轧辊的测试结果。在此基础上，分析了国产工作辊在使用中产生裂纹及塑性弯曲变形失效的原因。

The homemade Cr12MoV steel and French D2 steel working rollers used on the twenty roller mill were tested and the testing results were compared On this condition,the reasons why the failures of crack and plastic bent deformation occured when the homemade working roller was working have been analysed
