Adiponectin and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

摘要 左心室肥厚是心血管疾病的主要危险因素,因此减轻及逆转左室肥厚是很重要的。近年研究认为脂联素水平下降与左室肥厚的发生、发展密切相关。提高脂联素水平可以改善左室肥厚程度。 Left ventricular hypertrophy has been recognized as a primary cardiovascular risk factor.Therefore it is important to reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.Lower adiponectin may be closely related to the occurrence and development of left ventricular hypertrophy.Increasing serum adiponectin levels could ameliorate left ventricular hypertrophy.
