摘要
介绍了基于ARM处理器LPC2200的嵌入式啤酒发酵控制系统的硬件设计方案,对系统原理及构成进行了说明。针对啤酒发酵过程中的大时滞、时变性等特点,在控制算法上采用了双控制器方案,并对系统进行了仿真。结果表明:双控制器方案控制输出稳定、能够获得良好的设定值、跟踪特性和扰动抑制能力,鲁棒性好,并且对模型不敏感。
The hardware design of beer fermentation control system based on ARM processor LPC2200 was introduced and the construction and the principles of the system were explained.Double-controller was used to simulate the system in consideration of the characteristics in beer fermentation such as large time-delay and time-varying etc.The simulation results showed that the double-controller program insensitive to the model could get stable output and good robustness and it had good performance in both set-point and tracking and disturbance rejection.
