介绍了膜分离技术在我国传统酒类产品生产过程中的研究进展和应用情况,并简要说明了影响因素,展望了其发展方向。
The research progress in and the application of membrane separation technique in traditional liquor-making in China were introduced and the related influencing factors were illustrated.Besides,its development direction was forecasted.
