摘要
薯类淀粉酒精废醪液固液分离后,其滤液的CODcr为50240 mg/L,滤液采用批量发酵工艺,在恒温20℃和30℃下进行厌氧发酵产沼气实验。结果表明,恒温20℃时,发酵HRT为40 d,产沼气量为15.2 mL/mL废醪液,COD产气率为304 mL/gCOD,COD去除率为93.23%;恒温30℃时,发酵HRT为20 d,产沼气量为15.5 mL/mL废醪液,COD产气率为310 mL/gCOD,COD去除率为95.22%。
After solid-liquid separation of alcoholic wastewater from potato starch,the CODcr of the filtrate was 50240 mg/L,then batch fermen-tation processing was applied,and the experiments of biogas production in anaerobic digestion were carried out at 20 ℃ and at 30 ℃(constant temperature) respectively.The results indicated that biogas yield of alcohol wastewater was 15.2 mL/mL wastewater and 304 mL/gCOD when the temperature was at 20 ℃ and fermentation HRT was 40 d,when the temperature was at 30 ℃ and HRT was 20 d,biogas production rate was 15.5 mL/mL wastewater and 310 mL/gCOD. The COD degradation rate was 93.23 % at 20℃ and was 95.22 % at 30℃.
