摘要 研究并测定了两种退火方式的Zr-4合金板材室温和高温的力学性能。结果表明:消应力退火的板材与再结晶退火的相比,其室温抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高16.70%和18.74%;400℃温度下分别提高42.41%和64.04%。在400℃温度下消应力退火板材第二阶段蠕变速率与再结晶退火的相比降低一个数量级;其疲劳强度极限提高43%。 The mechanical properties of Zr - 4 sheets annealed by different processes have been tested at room and elevated temperatures. The results indicate that the tensile strength and yield strength of the stress - relieved Zr - 4 sheets are 17% and 19% at 25℃,and 42% and 64 % at 400℃, respectively, which are higher than those of the recrystallized Zr - 4 sheets. At 400C, the second stage creep rate and the fatigue strength limit of the stress - relieved Zr - 4 sheets are an order of magnitude lower and 43% higher than those of the recrystallized Zr - 4 sheets, respectively.Correspondent: Meng Liang, Senior Engineer, Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research, Xi'an 710016, P.
