多个血细胞分析系统结果准确性和可比性的方法保证分析

Methods keeping the accuracy and consistency of result from different blood cell analyzers

目的探讨实验室内多个血细胞分析系统检测结果的准确性和可比性的方法。方法建立一个准确度具有溯源性、精密度可接受的比较检测系统,用于新鲜血样本赋值,传递校准其余的血细胞分析系统,并定期执行血细胞分析系统间的新鲜血比对。结果每月至少5个新鲜血样本分别与本室比较检测系统比对,不同仪器间的检测偏差可接受。结论新鲜血传递校准多台血细胞分析系统经济、实用和有效,完全能满足全血细胞分析的准确性要求。

Objective To explore the comparability and accuracy of the result of complete blood count （CBC） among the different analysis system in the laboratory. Methods A standard detective system was established which have good traceability and precision, the value of fresh blood sample was given by the standard detective system, and then it was transmitted to the others blood cell analyzer. Results The comparison was carried out at least 5 fresh blood samples every month,the bias was acceptable between different analyzer. Conclusion The passing calibration with fresh blood is economy and efficiency between blood cell analyzers; it can reach the requirements for the accuracy of blood cell analysis.
