加强室间质量评价管理 有效提高检验结果准确性的研究

Strengthen the manegement of EQA to improve the accuraty of examination results

目的加强室间质量评价(EQA)管理,提高检验结果准确性。方法据ISO15189认可准则制定EQA管理程序,并在EQA活动中严格实施。统计EQA管理程序制定前、制定及实施后的EQA成绩,计算检测正确率和性能满意项目数,分析性能不满意项的具体原因。结果EQA管理程序从制定到实施的2年间卫生部临检中心EQA样品检测正确率分别为97.0%和97.8%,EQA成绩满意率大于97.0%。结论加强室间质量评价管理,可有效提高检验结果的准确性。

Objective To strengthen the quality assessment （EQA） management and improve the accuracy of the test results. Methods According to ISO15189 accreditation practice guidelines, the management procedure of the EQA was developed and implemented strictly in the EQA activities. The grades of EQA management procedures was computed before and after it was put into practice, meanwhile, the correct rate of detecting and the content item number of performance was calculated and analyzed. Results During the past two years when the EQA grades increased substantially from establishing to putting it into practice,the accuracy rates of detecting the EQA samples were 97 % and 97.8% respectively,and the consent rate of the EQA grades was greater than 97%. Conclusion Strengthening the overall quality control laboratory and implementing ISO15189 accreditation guidelines are effective ways to improve EQA＇s grades.
