摘要
目的通过对MICRO LAB Plus前处理加样仪的加样针在加样过程中的携带污染情况评价,在保证检测质量的同时提高对加样针的有效使用。方法进行加样针洗涤后连续重复加样的携带污染试验和洗涤干燥后重复使用次数与携带污染试验,分析试验结果选择最佳的加样模式和重复使用加样针的次数。结果加样针洗涤10次后检测结果未发现有携带污染影响;加样针洗涤干燥后反复使用3次为宜。结论通过严格执行检测结果的复检程序,加样针洗涤干燥后重复使用3次,其检测结果基本无携带污染的影响。
Objective Evaluate carryover of tips in process of sampling in order to ensure the quality of detection and to improve the efficient use of the tips. Methods Through continuously repeating carryover experiment after washing, reusing times after washing and drying to analyze the test results and choose the best mode and reused times. Results Smple tips did not find carryover after washing 10 times; after washing 10 times and drying tips reused 3 times as appropriate. Conclusion The influence of tips carryover which reusd 3 times after washing and drying can be controlled through strictly executing test results reviewed profile.
