镁镍合金的腐蚀动力学研究

摘要 采用试验前和试验后分别称重的方法研究了MgNi0.28、MgNi0.99、MgNi1.43合金材料在人工海水中的腐蚀规律.结果表明,MgNi0.28、MgNi0.99、MgNi1.43合金的腐蚀失重均随腐蚀时间的延长而直线增加,与温度的关系符合Arrhenius公式,在温度一定时,MgNi合金的腐蚀速率随Ni含量的增加而增大. The corrosion behavior of MgNi0.28, MgNi0.99 and MgNil. 43 alloy materials in artificial seawater are investigated in this paper by corrosion weight loss test. It is shown through the study that a linear dependence exists between corrosion weight loss and corrosion time of MgNi0.28, MgNi0.99 and MgNil. 43 alloy materials. The relationship between corrosion weight loss and temperature for MgNi0.28, MgNi0.99 and MgNil. 43 alloy are in accordance with Arrhenius plots, and the corrosion rate of the MgNi alloys increases with the raise of Ni content.
