Research on Full Cost of Coal from Perspective of Marginal Opportunity Cost

针对煤炭成本的缺失,内部成本外部化,基于边际机会成本理论,对煤炭完全成本的内涵与研究方法进行深层次的理解与细化分析,把煤炭成本从生产性消耗扩展到对应于mpc、muc、mec的完全成本范围,以期通过煤炭完全成本的研究,在理论上探索实现煤炭资源可持续发展的新途径.

To overcome the loss of coal cost and internal costs turning to external costs, the connotation and research methods of the full cost of coal are analyzed in detail based on the theory of marginal opportunity cost. The cost of coal is extended from the consumption of production to the full cost corresponding to mpc, muc and mec so that new methods of sustainable development of coal resources can be realized theoretically.
