Seven Kinds of Qualities Stressed for Junior Commanding Officers under the Conditions of Informatization

信息化条件下初级指挥人才需要突出培养的素养,应是构成人才核心能力所应具备的素养。对于初级指挥人才其核心能力就是具备信息化条件下的组织训练和指挥作战的能力。论文围绕形成这两大核心能力所应具备的"七大素养"进行了论述。

Under the condition of informatization, the qualities that junior commanding officers should particularly develop are very necessary for their core competence. For them, the core competence refers to the capability to organize training and direct operations under the conditions of informatization. This paper expounds the seven kinds of qualities necessary for the core competence.
