摘要
如何发挥博士后制度的优越性来促进高校师资队伍建设,并通过高校师资队伍建设来推动博士后制度的发展,是高校人才工作面临的极具现实意义的新课题。本文将从博士后制度和高校师资队伍建设的结合点着眼,分析二者的相互联系和相互影响,探索师资博士后制度,以期通过创新发展博士后制度,促进高校师资队伍建设,实现互促共进,共同服务于人才资源的科学开发与利用。
How to give play to the advantages of the postdoctoral system to promote the buildup of the teaching staff in higher edueatlonal institution and the development of the postdoctoral system by building up the teaching staff is a new problem of talent cultivation in higher educational institution. We analyze the interrelationship between the postdoctoral system and the buildup of the teaching staff in higher educational institution, and investigate the postdoctoral system based on the linking point of both, so as to promote the buildup of the teaching staff in higher educational institution and achieve mutual progress to serve the scientific development and utilization of talent resource.
