The New Research of the Undergraduate Innovative Teaching in Aviation Maintenance Engineering in Military Academies

阐述了在新军事变革条件下,培养学员创新能力的重要性和紧迫性,提出了通过深化专业教学内容改革,筑牢学员创新能力的基础;探索新型教学模式,挖掘学员创新能力。就我校学员创新能力的培养途径进行思考和总结,得出了一些启示和结论。

The importance and urgency of cultivating the innovation ability of the cadets in the condition of new military transformation is narrated. Then the viewpoint is brought forward that we should consolidate the foundation of the cadets＇ innovation ability through deepening the reform of teaching content and develop the cadets＇ innovation ability by exploring new teaching mode. Reflecting and summarizing the approach to developing the cadets＇ innovation ability in our university, we have drawn some conclusions.
