摘要
本文分析了锌粉间断加入和连续加入方式对净化作业的影响,并通过生产实验加以论证。间断加入方式容易导致溶液pH值上升,产生Zn(OH)2的沉淀,阻碍置换反应。连续加入方式锌粉单耗低于间断加入方式,在相同反应条件下、加入相同量的锌粉时,连续加入方式对除杂质效果更好。
In this paper,the influence of zinc powder adding modes of batch and continuous on purifying operation is analyzed and demonstrated by production practice.Batch adding mode can cause pH vaule increasing in solution and Zn(OH)2 sedimentation can be formed to block replacement reaction,but the consumption of zinc powder by continuous adding mode is lower than by batch one.Under the same conditions and adding the same amount of zinc powder,the good results of removing the impurities can be obtained by continuous adding.
