摘要
采用硝酸、高氯酸溶样并将偏磷酸氧化为正磷酸,用硫化沉淀法消除Ag、Cu的干扰,同时也消除Pb、As的干扰,在铋盐催化下磷与钼酸铵反应生成黄色磷钼酸铵,此磷钼酸铵能被抗坏血酸还原为磷钼蓝,以光度法直接测定。其最大吸收波长为700nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.61×104L/(mol.cm),磷在0~50μg/50mL范围内符合比耳定律,试样加标回收率为96.96%~98.64%,9次测定的相对标准偏差为2.79%~5.10%。适用于Ag-Cu合金中0.005%~1%磷的测定。
When sample is dissolved with nitric acid and perchloric acid,metaphosphoric acid in solution is oxided into orthophosphoric acid.The interferences of Ag,Cu,Pb and As are eliminated by sulfide precipitation method.Reacting with ammonium molybdate under the catalyst of bismuth salt,phosphorus is transferred yellow ammonium phosphomolybdate.The ammonium phosphomolybdate is reducted into phosphomolybdenum blue by ascorbic acid.Then the content of phosphorus is determined with photometric method.The maximum absorbance is at 700nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.61×104L/(mol·cm).Beer's law is obeyed in the phosphorus concentration range of 0~50μg/50mL.The recovery is in the range of 96.96%~98.64% while the relative standard deviation is in the range of 2.79%~5.10% in 9 determination tests.The method is suited to determine the phosphorus content with the range of 0.005%~1% in Ag-Cu alloy.
