摘要
防渗帷幕是我国早期卫生填埋场采取的主要防渗措施,为提高已建填埋场的污染控制标准,有必要对防渗帷幕的实际防污性能进行系统评价,以便在老填埋场改扩建时采取可靠的防渗加固措施。借助变分原理,分别建立了填埋场渗沥液渗流和迁移扩散的有限元支配方程,并基于Eulerian-Lagrangian变换,采用特征分析法和有限元法联合求解溶质浓度场。以苏州市七子山垃圾填埋场扩建工程为例,对老场防渗帷幕加固前后的污染防治性能进行了比较。结果表明,在防渗帷幕加固后,老场渗沥液渗漏约有99%控制在塑性混凝土防渗墙上游及下覆基岩中,基本上不会对下游地下水及土壤产生污染;当新增塑性防渗墙厚度取0.4m时,渗透系数达1×10-7cm/s时,在50年的设计使用年限内满足填埋场污染控制要求。本文采用有限元方法对防渗帷幕污染防治性能进行数值模拟,对提高老场污染控制水平具有指导意义。
Since middle 1980's, the multi-level social security system, which adapts to market economic system, is gradually established in China. At the same time, there are same problems in the process of building the social security system. The social exclusion of migrant workers is one of the outstanding problems. Authors analyze the reality of social exclusion of migrant workers in social security system from, different levels, and point out the adverse effects that are brought out by the social exclusion of migrant workers. It is hopod that the study will have been a certain guidance significance and realistic significance for resolving the issue of the social exclusion of migrant workers in the present time of China.
