中西部地区文化产业发展战略研究——以山西省为例

A Study on the Development Strategy of Cultural Industry in the Central and Western Regions of China——A Case Study of Shanxi Province

中西部地区由于受到经济发展水平和文化产业发展基础等各个方面因素的制约,在选择发展战略时只能实施非均衡发展战略,选择部分具有发展优势或者具有发展潜力、联动效应强的重点行业优先发展,以重点行业带动非重点行业以至整个文化产业的发展。文章从中西部地区文化产业的特点入手,论证了实施非均衡发展战略的必要性,并进一步提出选取重点行业的原则和标准,以山西为例论述了重点行业的选取过程,为中西部地区文化产业的战略选择提供借鉴。

Due to the various restrictive factors, such as the level of economic development and the development of cultural industry, the central and western regions must implement non-balanced development strategy in cultural industry. We should select some key industries, which have superior development potential and strong linkage effects, as precedent de- veloping industries to promote general industries and whole cultural industry. This study discusses the necessity of implementing non-balanced development strategy based on the features of cultural industry in central and western regions. Then, it proposes the principles and standards of selecting key industries. Finally, the author has described the selection process western of the key industries taking Shanxi Province as an example, which would provide reference to the central and regions for the strategic choice of cultural industry.
