新中国建立前后,随着国内外形势的变化,工会的地位、职能和发挥的作用等方面发生了较大的改变,亟需进行相应的探索。以刘少奇、李立三为代表的中国共产党人对工会的地位、职能、作用、工会如何处理与党、行政以及职工群众的关系等进行了深入的探讨,丰富和发展了马克思主义的工会学说,指导了建国前后的实践,并对以后的工会理论产生了深远影响。

Around new China established, with the development of worldwide political situation, the status and function of trade union had significant transformation. Chinese Communists represented by Liu Shaoqi and Li Lisan carried on the exploration of trade union＇s status and function, and discussed issue on how to process the relations among trade union, the Party, administrative organization and employees. These studies enriched the Marxism trade union theory and gave guidance to the practices. It has positive impact on the theory development of trade union.
