Internet course teaching and assessment innovation are the key issues for deepening teaching innovation, strengthening teaching work, improving learning support service and ensuring teaching quality after the open and distance education in radio ＆ TV universities has come to maturity. This article elaborates the teaching organization and assessment innovation of the Internct course Cost Management in order to provide useful ways and experience of Internet course teaching mode, method and learning support service for teachers in radio ＆ TV Universities.
