摘要
本文通过对高职学生心理状况进行测量分析,探索在高职学生的培养过程中不良心理干扰因素对以能力为本位的高职人才培养模式的影响,利用相关的心理学知识对激发动力、自我成就感满足、技能竞赛、参与性活动、引导提示训练法、模拟训练法等心理干预策略进行了阐述。
The article probes into how poor psychological interventions can influence the talent training mode of ability-stressed higher vocational education through investigating and measuring the students' psychological state. Based on the related psychological knowledge, it elaborates the strategies of psychological intervention, including inspiring motivation, cultivating self-complacency, participating in skill competitions and applying prompt guide training and simulation training.
