摘要
广钢连轧线3号飞剪在高速剪切线速度大于15 m/s的棒材时,造成驱动它的直流电机整流子与碳刷接触面瞬间大火花,这样对整流子造成较大的伤害,严重影响了电机的寿命.文章对其火花的成因及相应的抑制方法提出初步的探讨.
Heavy sparks are likely to occur with the No. 3 high-speed flying shear when the line speed of the continuous rolling mill exceeds 15 m/s. The sparks occurring between the commutator and the caxbon brash of the BC rotator would damage the commutator, thus shortening the motor' s service life. The formation mechanism of the sparks and measures of getting rid of them are discussed in the article.
