经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影对患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影操作对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法入选病例为住院经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影患者60例。经桡动脉常规冠状动脉造影,测定冠状动脉造影前后血清中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果冠状动脉造影后患者血清中ET、NO水平较冠状动脉造影前升高,但ET差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),NO差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠状动脉造影后较冠状动脉造影前患者血清中NOS活性增高(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影可能造成血管内皮轻度损伤,同时可能具有激发内源性心肌保护的作用。
