摘要
目的观察电针对急性脑缺血大鼠血清和脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)和NO合酶(NOS)的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、中内模型组、曲足组。每组12只大鼠,随机分为24h组和48h组。采用改良Longa线栓法制作大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。24h组大鼠在24h时间点处死,48h组大鼠在48h时间点处死。采集颈动脉血并断头取脑,检测血清和脑组织中NO和NOS的含量。结果与空白组同时相点比较,模型组、中内模型组、曲足组大鼠血清和脑组织中NO和NOS升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中内模型组血清和脑组织中NO和NOS的含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论电针能抑制NO和NOS的过度升高,可能是电针中内模型组对急性脑缺血大鼠的作用机制之一。
Objective To inw stigate the effects of electroacuquncture on serum and cerebral tissue nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in rat, with gcme cerebral ischemia. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into five groups(12 each group): Blank group, sham- operated group. model group, model treared with electroacupuncture at Renzhong Point and Neiguan Point (MERN) group,model treated with electroacupuucture at Quchi Point and ZusanliPoint (MEQZ) group. The modelsof rats with acute cerebral ischemia were indt ced by the modified Longa line occlusion method. The model rats of each group were randomly divided into group A killed after 24 hours and group B killed after 24 hours. The content of serum and cerebral tissue NO and NOS were de:ermined. Results Compared with control group,tim content of serum and brain tissue NO and NOS in model group,MERN group and MEQZ group were increastd significantly(P〈0.05). The content of serum and brain tissue NO and NOS in MERN group were lower obviously than that in model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture could inhibit the expression of serum and brain tissue NO and NOS which may be one of the pre - protecuve mechanisms of electroacupuncture on acute cerebral ischemia.
