This paper discusses carrying out cultural construction of incorruption and uprightness on campus from aspects of understanding and recognition, publicity and education, regulation establishment, duty fulfillment and so on. The culture of incorruption and uprightness entering campuses has an important realistic and far-reaching historical significance to institutions of higher learning as well as the whole country.
