科学发展观把"关注人的和谐发展"作为社会和谐发展的核心要素,将人的全面发展与社会的全面进步作为建设和谐社会的基本出发点和最终归宿。山西大同大学朔州师范分校在构建和谐校园方面做了一些有益的探讨,开创了全新的教学局面。

The outlook of scientific development takes ＂caring for human harmonious development＂ as the core factor of the social harmo- nious development, and takes human overall development and social overall progress as the end-result as well as the basic starting point of the harmonious social construction. Shuozhou Teachers＇ Branch school, Tatong University in Shanxi Province made some useful exploration in the construction of harmonious campus and opened up an entirely new teaching phase.
