On Confucianism and Rraditional Concept of High Moral Principle

节操是中国传统的重要伦理范畴。节操包含气节和操守两方面,涉及仁、义、忠、信、廉、耻等诸多道德内容,与儒家传统的伦理道德修养有着密切的关系。"仁"是具有节操观念的前提与核心,因而节操又与以人为本、遵守社会规范及理想人格密切相关。

The concept of high moral principle contains two aspects of moral courage and personal integrity.It belongs to a strong integrated traditional ethics category.It is associated with the Confucianists benevolence which is the precondition and corn of high principle.So it also focuses on giving equal right and social status for everyone,the observance of accepted social norm and ideal personality.
