曹是西周初年姬振铎在东方建立的重要邦国,它负有监管殷民、监视徐夷以及控制成周以东经济和战略要地的重任。然而,曹国却没有发挥应有的作用,春秋后期亡于宋。这使得曹国成为一个被人们忽视了的侯国。对曹国历史的钩沉,有助于人们重新认识和理解其历史地位和意义。

Cao State was established by Ji Zhenduo in the early days of Xi Zhou Dynasty.It functioned as surveilling the minorities and governing the abandoners from Shang Dynasty.But it failed and was ruined by Song Dynasty at the end of Chun-Qiu period.Researchers failed to heed this State because of the fact mentioned above.The exploration of the history of Cao State helps people to rediscover and understand its historical status and significance.
