摘要
目的:了解本院手术科室患者抗菌药物使用情况,评价围术期预防性用药的合理性。方法:随机抽取2006年4月至2008年4月出院的外科手术病历共292份,分别填写调查表,进行统计分析。结果:预防性抗菌药物在用药品种选择上第三代头孢菌素和甲硝唑用量偏大,大多数品种DUI基本合理;围手术期预防性用药疗程过长,用药起点高,换药频繁。结论:本院外科手术患者预防性使用抗菌药物尚存在问题,有待加强规范化使用和管理。
Objective:To investigate the usage of antibacterial drugs in surgical perioperation patients in our hospital and evaluate the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics usage of perioperative period.Methods:To choose randomly 292 medical records data among surgical patients from April 2006 to April 2008,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:The use rate of the third-generation cephalosporins and metronidazole was high,and DUI of most kinds of prophylactic antibiotics was basically rational.The prophylactic antibiotics usage of perioperative period was inadequate,the course of treatment was long.Conclusions:There exist some problems of prophylactic antibiotics usage in surgical patients in our hospital,so it is very important to strengthen standardized administration of prophylactic antibiotics usage.
