摘要
以塔式起重机实际工作载荷数据为基础,通过简单的数据处理,得出所需数据载荷,并以实际工作的塔式起重机臂架结构为例,运用经典结构力学计算出各杆件的内力应力,得出其计算通式;再利用VB语言结合Excel和Access编写计算软件,对塔式起重机的工作数据载荷进行处理。本方法快速有效地解决了塔式起重机运行数据载荷到结构应力点的计算问题。
The paper derives the needed load data through the simple data processing, based on the actual working loads of tower crane, and uses the classical structural mechanics to calculate every structural member's internal force and stress. Furthermore, it describes how the calculating software is written by means of VB language combing with Excel and Access. This method can be used to calculate the structural stress points of tower crane based on operational load data.
