纯棉针织物碱氧一浴法前处理工艺的优化

Optimization on pretreatment of soda boiling-oxygen bleaching one-bath process of cotton knitwear

针对短流程前处理工艺碱氧一浴的工艺优化问题,通过对碱氧一浴前处理过程机理的分析,选取优化指标和主要影响因素,设计并完成正交实验,找出最优生产工艺参数.实验数据表明,优化后的工艺不但能达到更好的前处理效果,还能缩短工艺流程、降低能耗.

For the purpose of getting a better pretreatment of soda boiling-oxygen bleaching one-bath process craft,optimized indexes and the main influence factors were chosen in accordance with the pretreatment features of cotton knitwear,and the best craft is obtained by using the positive cross experiment.The test results show that,the new craft can get the better effect and cut down the costs.
