摘要
使用柠檬酸在大麻纤维上接枝壳聚糖以改善大麻织物的染色性能.借助扫描电镜、红外光谱、热重、差示扫描量热和X射线衍射技术分析大麻纤维改性前、后的结构,并测试了大麻织物的拉伸、硬挺和白度性能.结果表明,通过柠檬酸的交联作用能够使壳聚糖接枝在大麻纤维上;壳聚糖柠檬酸整理的大麻织物耐高温性能有所增强,分解率降低;晶粒尺寸减小,结晶度和取向度提高.整理后的织物拉伸强度下降,手感硬挺,织物白度下降.
Hemp fabric was treated using chitosan of deacetylation 90% and citric acid in order to improve the dyeing depth,and then it was investigated by means of SEM,FT-IR,TG,DSC and XRD.The properties of tensile,stiffness and whiteness were also measured according to GB3923-83,GB/T18318-2001 and ISO105/J02-1987,respectively.The results show that compared with the untreated hemp fabric,chitosan is introduced onto hemp fiber by citric acid acting as a bridge.The thermal stability of hemp fabric treated with chitosan is improved, but the temperature at the maximum endothermic peak decreases. The degrees of crystallization and orientation increase. The size of crystal grain becomes smaller. The properties of tensile, stiffness and whiteness of treated hemp fabric degrade.
