摘要
分析了4种不同槽宽的分割辊所加工的缆型纱的耐磨性与外力作用下的纱线伸长变形.实验结果表明,外加张力的大小对纱线的耐磨性影响很大;随着张力的增大,纱线的耐磨次数减小;在张力一定的情况下,随着摩擦速度的加快,纱线耐磨次数减弱;在较大外力作用下,缆型纱容易产生伸长变形.
Separating roller with four kinds of separating width was selected to investigate the effect of separating roller structure on the abrasion resistance and extension of yarn.Experimental results show that the external force influence the abrasion resistance of yarn.With the increase of external force,the abrasion resistance of yarn decrease.When external force is constant,the abrasion resistance of yarn decrease with friction speed increasing.Solospun yarn extende easily when external force is big.
