The empirical study on influence of intellectual property risk to innovation performance

针对合作研发企业所面临的知识产权风险,采用结构方程模型(SEM),结合222家企业的调研数据,实证分析了知识产权风险对合作研发创新绩效的影响作用.研究发现,知识产权流失风险和知识产权投入风险对后续合作、研发创新收益的取得产生负面作用.

Intellectual property risk has become most important of the three risk the cooperative corporations faced.So the influence of Intellectual property risk to innovation performance was analyzed through 222 survey questionnaires with SEM.The intellectual property losing risk and intellectual property investment risk encountered by corporation in the cooperative,R＆amp;D has a negative relation with the innovation performance.
