摘要 研究了无菌条件下不同浓度铅对水稻生长的影响,以及低铅环境下钾对水稻吸收铅的影响。结果表明:水稻株高、根长、干物重和叶绿素含量等均随铅浓度升高而下降,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性随铅浓度增加先升高后降低,植株体内铅含量随铅浓度升高而增加。在基质铅浓度为100mg/L时加入钾后,水稻株高、根长、干物重、叶绿素含量等均随钾浓度增加而增加,而POD活性随钾浓度增加而降低,植株体内铅含量随钾浓度增加而降低,在钾浓度为200mg/L时达到最低。说明在含低浓度铅的基质中,钾能提高水稻对铅的抗性,同时减少水稻对铅的吸收和累积。 The present study was carried out to study the effects of different Pb levels on rice growth and different K levels on Pb uptake by rice (at 100mg/L Pb) under sterile condition. The results showed that plant height, root length, dry weight and the chlorophyll content were decreased with increasing Pb concentration. The activity of POD increased initially and then decreased with increase in Pb concentration, while the content of Pb in rice plant was increased. When the concentration of Pb was 100ml/L in medium, plant height, root length, dry weight and the content of chlorophyll were increased with increasing potassium concentration, while the activity of POD and the Pb content in plant decreased. The Pb content was the lowest when the concentration of potassium reahed 200mg/L. It was concluded that potassium could increase the stress resistance of rice under low concentration of Pb in medium. At the same time, potassium could decrease the uptake and accumulation of Ph in rice.
