职后教育对畜牧兽医毕业生成才相关性的研究与实践

Research and practice on the relativity between post-service education and being talented for graduates of animal husbandry and veterinary in major

围绕当前畜牧兽医人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出对高职毕业生实施职后教育可以提高畜牧兽医专业人才成才率的观点,并从职后教育的内容、结合点、操作方式、效果及统计数据等方面加以分析论述,指出开展校企合作、工学结合,可以充分利用社会的教育资源,这种模式下培养出来的毕业生既满足了行业、企业对职业技术人才的需求,又提升了高职院校的办学水平、知名度,更提高了毕业生的成才率。

Based on the problems existing in the raising mode for talents of animal husbandry and veterinary in major at present, it was put forward that the talented rate of vocational graduates was increased after post-service education. The content, combination points, operation mode, effect and statistical data of post-service education were analyzed and it was pointed out that carrying out school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination could make full use of the social resources of education. This talent raising mode was not only training graduates to meet the demands of profession and enterprises for specialized talents, but also upgrade the school running level and improve its popularity. Meanwhile the rate of graduated trained being talented was also increased.
