摘要
燃油蒸发排放控制系统不仅仅是一个包含控制部件和较多系统单元、设计结构复杂的系统,还涉及到与摩托车排气污染物排放控制系统的匹配、整车性能的匹配等问题。由于我国燃油蒸发排放标准GB 20998-2007与Ⅲ阶段排气污染物排放标准GB 14622—2007、GB 18176—2007同步实施,建议摩托车企业在新车型开发、发动机设计、化油器匹配及调整时,要综合考虑系统设计,研发出蒸发、尾气排放、车辆动力性能兼顾的技术方案,并广泛开展试验验证。
The fuel evaporative emission control system is not only a system containing the controlling parts and more system elements which are complicated in structure, but also involves the match between the control system and the motorcycle performance, etc. Since the Chinese national emission standard (GB 20998 2007) and the Phase Ⅲ emission standards(GB 14662-2007,GB 18176 -2007) are implemented synchronously, it is suggested that motorcycle, producers when developing new motorcycles, designing new engines, and adjusting and matching carburetors should take the solution taking account of evaporation, exhaust emission and the dynamic property, and launch tests and verification extensively.
