常德市城区人群结石症分布状态

Survey of distribution of calculus symptoms among population in Changde City

目的了解结石症在人群中的分布状态,有利于采取防制策略。方法随机搜集不同人群的健康体检资料,从而对结石症分布状态进行分析。结果结石症在人群中的患病率达41.21%,在各类结石构成中尿路结石占69.68%。结论结石症在人群中患病率高是影响人们生活质量的常见病、多发病,尿路结石患病率位于各类结石的首位。

Objective To understand the distribution of calculus symptom among people in order to take effective defensive strategies. Methods The data of physical examinations of different groups of people were collected and analyzed for the distribution of calculus symptom. Results The rate of calculus symptom among people reached 41.21%,and among these different kinds of calculi,urinary calculus occupied 69.68%. Conclusions There is a high rate of calculus symptom among people,which becomes a common and frequent symptom having a bad influence on the quality of life. Furthermore, urinary calculus tops other kinds of calculus symptom.
