摘要
目的探讨口腔科牙椅(综合治疗台)储水瓶的消毒方法,并监测消毒效果。方法对我院使用中的口腔科牙椅随机抽取6台作为实验组,6台作为对照组。实验组的储水瓶及水道在每天下午班后用0.5%含氯消毒剂消毒,两组在每天下午下班前以无菌手续,抽取储水瓶剩余水样,送检验科用R2A琼脂培养皿作细菌培养,37℃卵育7 d后计数菌落,连续20个工作日。结果对照组储水瓶的水样菌落数均显著大于200 cfu/mL,而实验组储水瓶的水样菌落数均少于160 cfu/mL,未检出致病菌。结论每天用0.5%含氯消毒剂消毒储水瓶,并使储水瓶干燥过夜,可以有效减少储水瓶细菌的数量。
Objective To investigate the sterile technique for the water bottle of the dental chair (integrated treatment units), and monitor the effect of disinfection. Methods Six dental chair units were randomly selected as an experimental group, and 6 units as a control group. In the experimental group, the sterilized water bottles and water reservoir were administered with 0.5 % chlorine disinfectants after work every afternoon. In both groups, by means of the aseptic procedures, the remaining water of the water bottles was taken and sent to the department of the Clinical Laboratory for bacterial culture with R2A agar at 37℃, every afternoon at work. After 7 days, the bacterial colonies were counted. This work was carried out for consecutive 20 working days. Results In the control group, the bacterial colonies of the reservoir bottles were significantly more than 200 cfu/mL, while in the experimental group, they were less than 160 cfu/mL, but no pathogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusions It can effectively reduce the quantity of bacteria in the water bottles and meet the international standards that the water bottles are sterilized with 0.5 % chlorine disinfectants after work every afternoon and kept dry at night.
