含杂萘联苯结构共聚芳醚砜酮的热性能与动态机械性能 被引量:2

Thermal and Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Copoly(Aryl Ether Sulfone Ketone) Containing Phthalazinone Moiety

摘要 采用溶液聚合法制备了不同配比的含杂萘联苯结构的四元共聚芳醚砜酮(PPBESK)。采用热失重(TGA),差示扫描分析(DSC)和动态机械热分析(DMTA)对该聚合物的热性能和动态机械性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明,加入少量联苯结构的共聚物仍然具有良好的热性能。观察动态机械热分析谱图,可以发现,在150℃~200℃的扫描温度范围内,共聚物的储能模量保持较高值并出现一个小转变,随着温度升高,在250℃~300℃之间出现了共聚物的玻璃化转变温度,即α转变,此时储能模量降低较大。随着共聚物主链中砜基结构含量的增加,其玻璃化转变温度有所上升。 A series of PPBESKs with different composition were prepared by solution polymerization. The thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of the copolymers were measured by TGA, DSC and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). The DSC results show the copolymers exhibit good thermal properties. During the period of 150 ℃~200 ℃ scanning temperature of DMTA, The copolymers display high storage modulus values which show good stiffeness of PPBESKs and minute transition peaks can be obtained. With the increasing of scanning temperature, in the range of 250 ℃ ~300 ℃, the glass transition temperatures(atransition peaks) appear and the storage modulus have marked drops. In addition, the glass transition temperatures increase with increasing sulfonyl group content of PPBESKs.
