An Outline of Incorrupt Government Thought in Ancient China

中国古代思想史中蕴含着丰富的廉政思想,但目前对中国古代廉政思想进行系统论述的文章不多。从考察中国古代廉政思想的基本内涵入手,从伦理道德层面、法制层面、制度层面分析中国古代的以德养廉思想、以法促廉思想、制度保廉思想、勤政为民思想,并对之进行分析评价,以对今天的廉政建设有所启迪。

There were rich thoughts on a clean and honest government in the history of ancient Chinese thoughts. However, there are few articles that systemically elaborate it. Starting from inspecting the basic connation of Chinese traditional thoughts on clean and honest government, the paper analyzed and evaluated ancient Chinese thoughts on nourishing honesty with virtue, enhancing honesty with law, guaranteeing honesty with system, assiduousness in government affairs and serving the people from the layer of ethic and moral, legal and institution in order to enlighten the present construction of a clean and honest government.
