溶胶-凝胶模板法制备BaTiO_3纳米线及其光催化性能 被引量:3

Sol-Gel template synthesis of BaTiO_3 nanowires and its photocatalysis properties

摘要 The barium titanate nanowires of complex oxide were fabricated in porous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO)using sol-gel process.The morphology,structure and phase composition of AAO and BaTiO3 nanowires were characterized by Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and other means.Through the analysis of degradation for Rhodamine B,its photocatalytic properties could be researched,and compared with barium titanate powder,the results show that the barium titanate nanowires have good photocatalytic activity.
