摘要
Free radicals of superoxide anion and hydroxyl,which are harmful to human health,can be removed by some natural pigment.The scavenging action of yellow pigment of rosa chinensis to the above two free radicals were studied in this paper.Test results showed that the free radical scavenging rate was increased with the concentration of yellow pigment,and decreased with the action time.
