摘要
基于边界元法,以电站锅炉低温过热器为模型,运用ANSYS软件建立模型,在声学分析软件SYSNOISE中模拟计算了进行声波除灰时,模型空间内以及管壁表面声场的分布特性。通过对管阵列中的单根管进行指向性分析,找出了可能存在的除灰死角。计算结论对于声波除灰的发展及应用均具有实际意义。
Based on the boundary element method, the low-temperature super heater of power plant boiler as a model, use of ANSYS establish the boundary element model, use of vibration-noise analysis software SYSNOISE simulation of the sound field distribution characteristics around the tubes and the tube surface; The possible dead single is obtained by analysis the directivity on single tube. The results are meaningful in practice to both the development and application of sonic soot cleaning.
