摘要
对棉黑果病菌生物学特性进行了进一步研究,结果表明:该病菌在供试的各种培养基上均生长良好,能较好地利用各种供试碳源,在氮源的利用上硝态氮显著地好于铵态氮,硫酸铵和尿素对菌丝的生长有明显的抑制作用。棉花子叶、真叶和铃的洗液及汁液均能刺激病菌分生孢子的萌发,但不同品种差异显著,其中以在泗棉2号、泗棉3号、岱字棉15号、盐棉48号、中棉12号的真叶或铃的洗液或汁液中的分生孢子萌发率较低,这一结果与其室内离体无伤接种和田间有伤接种病情指数较低大体一致。
Some biological characteristics of Diplodia gossipina cooke had been studied. The following is the result: The hyphae of D. gossipina grew well on various media for examination. It can fully make good use of various carbon sources tested. As the nitrogen sources nitrate nitrogen was significatly better than ammonium nitrogen. Ammonium sulphate and urea can inhibite the growth of hyphae markably. The extracts or the eluant of the cotton leaves and bolls can stimulate germination of conidia of D. gossipina remarkably, but different varieties had significant difference. Percentage of the conidia germination which were in the extracts or eluant of cotton leaves and bolls of Simian 2, Yanmian 48, Dai 15 and Zhongmian 12 was lower than others. The result was more or less indentical with that the lower disease index of victor boll or field inoculation.
